Permission Slip

I hereby give permission for the Historical Harp Society to make, store, and use copies of images that I have supplied.  

This permission is perpetual, worldwide.  This permission covers use of the image in any form, including possible alteration of the image.

The image may be used for any purposes of the society, including educational, research, reference, publicity, publication, or fund-raising.

I understand that further permissions, such as from the owners of artworks, which may or may not be required, are the responsibility of the society.

No further permission or payment is required.
